Prior to any restoration, all items undergo a detailed condition assessment. Clients are required to acknowledge any pre-existing wear, tear, or structural damage before work commences. ECOKICKX is not liable for the natural exacerbation of pre-existing vulnerabilities (such as dry rot, peeling leather, or weakened stitching) during the restoration process.
We are committed to an uncompromising standard of quality. If the restoration does not meet our mutually agreed expectations upon delivery, we will re-clean or rectify the issue at no additional cost. We operate on a strict no-refund policy; all completed services are final.
Payment is securely finalized upon the successful return delivery of your items.
Completed restorations must be received and settled upon return. If an item remains undeliverable, or if the final invoice is unpaid for 30 days from the date of completion, ECOKICKX reserves the right to donate or responsibly dispose of the item to clear our strictly limited daily capacity.
While we treat every piece with white-glove care, in the highly unlikely event of accidental damage or loss occurring while an item is in our possession, our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the restoration service provided for that specific item.
